Enjoy the beauty of the ocean and the coast as you gliding along on your paddleboard during one of our exciting sup tours. Paddle around each corner quietly and efficiently as you experience nature from a whole new perspective, all while picking up a few new paddle techniques and pointers so you can further expand your SUP skills. We offer exciting options in Newport, RI; Hingham, MA; and throughout Narragansett Bay.
Hingham Harbor Paddleboard Tour
Explore the inner Boston Harbor Islands and its National Park Lands on one of our most popular SUP tours. The paddle starts at our Eastern Mountain Sports Location in Hingham, MA. From we travel to the launch at Hingham Harbor, cover some basic instruction and get outfitted to paddle. This easy sheltered tour takes us around a few of the inner islands and visits the northern tip of Worlds Ends Reservation. From the Reservation there are sweeping views of Hull, Boston Harbor, the Boston skyline, and the larger Harbor Islands.

Newport Harbor Paddleboard Tour
Welcome to the charming “City by the Sea.” One of America’s oldest cities, Newport is rich in colonial architecture and history. Appreciate the spirit of this city with us, on the water, as we guide you through its spectacular waterfront on the way to Rose Island Lighthouse. This paddle starts at Kings Beach Park and winds around downtown Newport going wherever Mother Nature guides us. Paddle up to the Newport Lighthouse that overlooks the Newport Bridge, an active lighthouse that guided mariners as far back as the 1800′s. Our journey continues with scenic views of Rose Island, Jamestown, Hammersmith Farm, and Fort Adams. Pack a lunch and water, as we will break midday. Paddleboard, paddle and PFD’s are provided.

100 Acre Cove Paddleboard Tour
Tour one of Barrington’s quintessential salt water marshes and discover all the wildlife that calls it home! Visit Osprey nests and Terrapin turtle nesting sites in this wide open ecosystem that serves as a filtration system to Narragansett Bay. Great Blue Herrings and Snowy Egrets dot the banks and landscape as we paddle the perimeter of the tidal marsh. We will paddle north from the small boat ramp along route 114 and explore the marsh and its tributaries.

Meeting Location: Walker Farm Boat Ramp, Barrington, RI
From route 195, take the exit for route 114-South (Wampanoag Trail). After you cross the Barrington Line and go PAST the exit for route 103 (Riverside) you want to take the 2nd LEFT. This is the final turnaround point before the Big White Church. This puts you on route 114 heading North. Walker Farm is IMMEDIATELY on your right, indicated by a small weathered wooden sign. From South on route 114 go PAST the Big White Church and Walker Farm entrance is on your right aprox. 1/8 mile ahead.

Beginner Sunrise, Sunset and Moonlight Paddleboard Tours
An SUP Paddle is a great way to start or finish off the day in style. Watch the sky glow red on the horizon or paddle in the moonlight as you glide along the waters edge. SUP Boards offer a spectacular vantage point to experience this time of the day!

Fitness Paddle
Ditch the treadmill and come on a fitness paddle! This is a great way to cross train, hone your paddling skills or to get ready for SUP racing. We will cover approximately 6 miles on this trip. Not only will your body appreciate the challenge but your mind will love the change scenery and not being stuck inside the gym.

BIC Board Race Series
This is a great introduction to SUP racing. Every other Friday at Lincoln Woods RI we will coordinate a 1/2-mile race around the Pond. Coaching will be available to newcomers. At the end of the summer fastest Male and Female winner of this race will receive a $100 gift card from Eastern Mountain sports timings will be posted each week online.
