Customer Spotlight: NH gear at home in the ATL

As a customer service representative, the coolest part of my job is hearing about how our customers use the gear they buy from us.

The bus isn't coming, but Tracey Morris is ready for anything.

Today I had a great email exchange with Tracey Morris a New Hampshire native who moved to Atlanta to pursue new opportunities for her SEO (search engine optimization) consulting firm. Despite the obvious climate changes, Tracey couldn’t bring herself to part with her old EMS stuff, so when she made the move to Georgia, her gear went with her. Good thing, too because shortly after the holidays, Atlanta received 6 inches of snow – a veritable blizzard for their neck of the woods – which effectively shut down the entire city, except (of course) Tracey. “I was able to adorn myself with my EMS apparel I brought with me,” Tracy said. “I put on my micro-spikes and headed out into a desolate frozen Atlanta world. No plows around here! From my EMS boots and socks to the top of my head, its EMS all the way. Your products ARE the best.”

Thanks for making my day, Tracey. Now that we have this blog, we’re going to do our best to share as many stories like Tracey’s here as we possibly can and if there’s anything we can do to help YOU, please call us at 888-463-6367.

Lara works as a live chat agent in customer service at EMS Base Camp. When she’s not glued to the keyboard she likes to hike, run, snowshoe (in the appropriate weather, of course), and pretend she’s a photographer. While running support for a friend in a 5k she saw a team of runners wearing shirts that proudly advertised “In it to finish”. It’s an attitude that reflects her own; be out there and don’t worry about being first or fastest. Just do what you do the best that you can.Beyond that is life; which is filled with family, friends, kittens, and the occasional crochet project. Because your axe needs a cozy.
